Hello, and welcome! I’m Eva.
I’ve been passionate about food for some time and have a genuine love and appreciation for it. Growing up, I was really fortunate that my mom cooked and baked constantly. I’m convinced my parents inadvertently trained my taste buds, and my mom’s cooking has always, and continues to, mold my palate for all quality things. I approach all food with sincere interest and curiosity.
I work in media relations at the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau. I have the honor and privilege to learn about and work with many talented chefs, restaurateurs, producers and other local partners who make San Antonio’s culinary scene one of the most unique and fastest growing in the country.
In addition, I sit on PR committees for two local non-profits, Generation TX, and Culinaria, San Antonio’s wine and culinary arts festival.
